The outer shell of the Tilley Winter Hat is made from wool that has been specially treated to maximise insulation against the elements while offering repellency from snow, sleet and stains. A layer of air-trapping closed cell foam has been added to the crown for extra insultion - important since more than half the body''s warmth escapes via the head and neck. Lining is warm and comfortable with soft sueded tuckaway earflaps and forehead warmer to keep you even cosier.
